Alena KoptsikProduct Designer · B2B

I design B2B products that make complex work clear.
Roles, flows, connections.
01Approach
First, I understand who makes the decision,
what they need and what gets in their way.
02Work

02.1
2025–2026
From separate tools to a shared workspace.

After the redesign, the product needed a workspace. Discussions become tasks, tasks connect to teams, and roles define ownership and access. History and context stay connected.

One system. Two points of view.

Key metrics first, then trends, then details. One screen helps agents understand their results and their next step.
02.3Solo practice
Solo projects where I build the entire user journey and test how it works.

An interview practice tool for designers, with feedback on their answers. From an idea to a working experience.

A hiring platform for AI-native creative professionals. Profiles, portfolios and task context in one workflow.
03About
My first degree is in economics, so I am used to checking decisions against numbers rather than against a feeling. I came into design from scratch, with no adjacent background: I taught myself, built a portfolio and changed profession. For more than three years I have been designing B2B products — dashboards, roles and permissions, design systems. Alongside that I build my own AI tools with Claude and Python, to test ideas by hand instead of in a deck.
